Just watched the highlights and two rhinos try's are forward. Their first one Sutcliffe passes it before the line and it rolls across the floor over the line where winger picks it up over the line. The one to the winger who flicks it back for moon to score is also forward. None of the silly momentum rule comes into play either as both players who passed the ball don't end up in front of catcher by the time they receive the ball.

The sutcliffe one is most definitely without a doubt forward by a good distance.

Also I notice when smith kicked through towards the end it looks like he was hit by a shoulder charge when he went down.. Could have easily been a penalty under the sticks tbh.

we was sat directly opposite that first try with a rhino fan sat in front, he thought every pass was a flat pass and none was forward,
bearing in mind he was well in his fifties and looked like he knew a bit about the game it was obvious he was going to shout for every stupid decision.

has the game now lost its appeal when its so bleeding clear that ball has been ripped out or players are so far offside that we are losing fans because of the wrong calls.

I came away think why should I bother paying to be conned by blatant trickery to gain advantage as to win the game at all costs.
Time we put a second ref in like the aussies have and make the line judges take more responsibility and not hide

On the rhinos forum they say nothing wrong with them. I said they have forgotten what a legit pass looks like.

Just watched them and was not at the game, the pass for their first try is clearly forward . Sutcliffe is stood behind the line when he passes it and it bounces on the floor a yard over the line to a big shout of "forward" .shocking decision.

The one to moon looked 50 50 to me.

2 forward passes and a dubious grounding for me.

First time I’ve watched the highlights since the live game and I still think Ablett pulled Tim Smith back without the ball for his game winning try, although I conceded Tim Smith probably made the most of it.

Lee Smith should realise when he's trying to milk a penalty for a late hit he no longer players for Leeds and therefore is wasting his time.

And smithy should have been allowed to retake the penalty in fist half. Leeds players all not back required distance and all moving around, despite THaler telling them to stop doing so. Then again he should'n't have missed in first instance.

Although during the game I thought a couple of minor decisions didn't go our way I think we are clutching at straws somewhat with the comments in this thread
