Think it was only 6 nil at that point, 6 all and it could have been a different game.

Definately not a knock on or over dead ball line by Donlan. Could only think that it was given a forward pass by Donlan to Stanton. However, TJ did not signal and ref did not offer any signal when awarding the scrum.

I expect Fred could find out but would he put himself through that again !

Donlan definatley did not step over the line, he palmed the ball when in the air and then caught it in play.

I had assumed it was pulled back for a forward pass but the ref didn't signal what happened!

Anything with Donlan and the dead ball line would/should have resulted in a drop out, and I'd kind of ruled out a forward pass as the Ref spoke to the TJ prior to the scrum but he (the TJ) wasn't far enough up with play to see a forward pass, I know it doesn't matter but it had me confused (easy I know

) as I couldn't see anything wrong with it.

Well I thought, as the referee had stopped play due to his error, he then restarted play, with Dewsbury head and feed, any referees out there!

If the ref stops play in error he will restart play with a scrum, head & feed to the team last in possession.

the TD signalled forward pass
